This DVD ships to both US and International customers. If you are a US or Canadian customer, you should select the NTSC format. Everyone else should choose PAL. Use the little drop-down menu above the "Buy It Now" button (above) to make your selection. It's important that you choose the right format, or your DVD may not play properly.

Shipping charge is included in the price and is by U.S. First Class Mail or Air Mail, depending upon your location, which should take from 4-7 days to arrive, although you should allow up to 10 days before getting annoyed.

Fritz's NTSC DVD's are no different than storebought DVD's. However, the PAL DVD's are created on demand using high-quality DVD-R media. While DVD-R's will play fine in about 98% of existing set-top DVD players, a handful of players may have problems with playback. (Hint: if you bought your player back when the cheapest DVD player you could find cost over 300$, or if your player is a brand name you cannot pronounce that was manufactured by underpaid llamas in some Peruvian sweatshop, you might have an issue.) In the unlikely event that you DO experience playback problems with your DVD, either because of defective media or player incompatibility, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
